Pregnancy test

When did you guys finally get your positive ? I have missed my period, I starting taking metformin this month and was going to start my first cycle of chlomid with it as soon as my cycle came..... well it never did and all I have are negative tests... but am nauseous... so my question is when did you get your positive pregnancy test? How many day’s after missed period?
