I eat oatmeal & it hasnt affected my supply. There are weeks where i do not eat oatmeal & supply stays the same

I didn't know that was a thing. I'm gonna try it. It takes me all day to get that much. My baby is only 10 days old though. I want to have as much as possible when I go back to work.

Me too! I absolutely hate oatmeal, but stated having it every day to increase my supply. Now I pump 1-2 oz more per pumping session than I did before I ate oatmeal.
