Dental works during pregnancy

Hi everyone, I’m 10 weeks pregnant and had to do some dental works, such as; deep cleaning, x-ray ( was covered with apron), filings etc..All this time dentist numbed me with medications. Even through my OB provided a letter to my dentist, I’m very worried, I am reading that it’s risky during 1st trimester. Did anyone had dental works during 1st trimester?
