Hi girls,

This is my first pregnancy. I am so excited to be but scared as well. Currently I am around 6 week ,recently got my bfp at hpt . Waiting for appointment with prenatal team for upcoming week . I dont have any symptoms other than bloating and feel super tired ,sleepy, sometimes headache. What were your symptoms during pregnancy?
