Any moms experience this?

My 1 year old is currently finally getting over being sick from after receiving his shots (flu) from a few weeks ago. He obviously had the normal small lymph nodes behind his ear which have been getting smaller and clearing up.

Well just now after taking a bath Im lotioning him up and I see this huge node in his groin area! Never seen prior.

Its bigger than a quarter. Warm to touch and swollen! Doesnt hurt him necessarily. No fever.

I called the nurseline and by the sounds of it, she just googled it sounds like just a node but can be a hernia and said go in within 24hrs. We just had a huge snow storm, which is still in effect til sunday, so I wont take him until tomorrow basically.
