Progesterone oil & spotting ?

Is anyone taking progesterone oil and experience light spotting? I take the oil every 3 days and suppositories 3 times a day. Every 3rd day when I’m supposed to take the injection I get light spotting pink/brown. No spotting any other days. I’m almost 7 weeks... just wondering if this is normal with the oil? I should probably talk to the nurse.

I would talk to the nurse as you said. Maybe you need the PIO more often.

I was on the same schedule as you. The day I went for my first beta I spotted. They let me start doing PIO daily. I was supposed to start weening off after my ultrasound last Monday but I spotted starting last Saturday through Wednesday. It freaks me out after 4 losses. I go back for my final ultrasound this coming Monday at the fertility dr and get my weening schedule for all meds. It makes me nervous!  The nurses told me that adding more PIO is really just for my peace of mind and if I’m going to miscarry again there’s nothing that will stop it. I’m due September 25 so we are very close!
