Im 35 weeks and 4 days pregnant, and I’ve been having cramps like pains in my lower abdomen but they are irregular and about 20-30 minutes apart since last night and my back has been hurting as well.. baby has been extra active more than usual ever since this pains started happening and my breast feel fuller and firm.. it all started to happen all at once. Could it mean maybe labor?
