Going into get induced this morning! **updated 10/02**

T-45 mins until we are due in the labor and delivery ward to be induced at 37w0! I am really excited and scared! Not sure what I was thinking when I started this whole thing- but we have been waiting 4 years to meet our rainbow baby. We went through MCs, surgeries, endo treatments and eventually donor egg IVF to get here.

Update 11pm 08/02: been on meds since 10am- 1.5cm dilated 50-75% effaced. The contractions are really strong and painful, coming every few minutes. They are going to give me a break from the induction and some pain meds so I can sleep and start again at 6am. They don’t know if the little one will come tomorrow but we are hopeful.

Update 6am 10/02: we are now 46 hours into labor, still no little one. We are starting Pitocin today which hopefully will get her moving! Yesterday I managed 100% effaced and 2.5cm dilated with Propess. I was also given an eidural because the contractions were too strong and frequent for me to do anything at all. I was literally shaking head to toe trying to breath through them. I am so glad for modern medicine- epidurals are actually magic I think. Hopefully we will get to meet our little one this morning!
