It is VERY rare to get pregnant while in nexplanon. Unless it breaks you’re usually protected. I had mine in for 3 years.. my husband finished inside often. Never got pregnant while on it.

Why not? That is a birth control. That is how birth control work, you usually done have to use more than one birth control method at once (unless medically nessecary).
