Hey i am 10 wks pregnant and had an US scan yesterday, where the sonographer found large SCH. It measures approx 39mm. I had it at 6 wks but its grown bigger since. The sonographer said to avoid lifting my other children, heavy objects, avoid sex and try and rest as much as possible. Then I spoke to a midwife who basically contradicted everything I'd been told and said that being on pelvic rest doesn't make a difference to the outcome. I'm so confused! Also I work 3 days a wk and haven't told me manager I'm pregnant and I don't think i can take time off work to rest as that means telling them I'm pregnant.

I haven't had any bleeding yet. But I am Absolutely terrified 😔 I am so scared of losing my baby. Feel so helpless 😢 how do you all get through this with wks of waiting? Any advice would be amazing x
