Low heart rate

I went for my first ultrasound yesterday and I thought I was 7 weeks 2 days but baby measured 6 weeks 1 day. The heart rate was 105 and the doc said this was low and I needed to come back in two weeks. Does anyone have any experience with this? The doc wouldn’t really tell me if my outcome chances were high or low.
