I had 8 fertilized eggs. None made it to blastocyst on day 5, three made it on day 6, another three on day 7. We are doing PGD, still waiting for results.

Six frozen doesn’t sound too bad, but I keep reading that day 6 and especially day 7 blastocysts have low implantation and ongoing pregnancy rate, and PGD will likely eliminate a few. Should I be looking at doing a 2nd round?

I’m 37 and we want 2 kids, I’d rather make enough embryos with my 37-year-old eggs for both kids now, instead of waiting another few years to do fresh round for baby no.2... any success stories with day 7 blastocysts?
