Weightloss update!
I've been struggling the last week a little bit, having kidney stones and hearing from my pcp "you're not doing enough you need gastric bypass surgery" has really hurt and killed my motivation. But I'm still trying! Fasting 17 hours out of the day, eating between 1-7, low carb meals, and getting back to exercising. I keep feeling like I'm not doing enough but maybe it's just me doubting myself. Here's an update ladies! Thank you for all of your support through this, even though I would like to lose more weight faster I think I'm doing pretty good still.
