Which ovulation strips to get? How to use them? Ttc #2

Question

I’ve been ttc with my husband since August 2019. Since November 2019 I’ve been getting a period every month. My current period started feb 6th. I want to know exactly when I’m ovulating and just having sex isn’t enough lol 
What ovulation strips do I use? Something reliable and affordable. 
Also, how do you use them? When do you start testing with them? I’ve never used ovulation strips so I have no idea what to do!

The PREGMATE brand on Amazon. Start using them after your period ends so you can learn what your body is doing. And with opk’s, never use FMU (unless instructed in the instructions). Choose two times between 10 AM and 8 PM that you can test at every day at the SAME two times (so you don’t miss your surge); and use a 4 hour pee hold each time (and try not to drink a lot of liquids during the hold times). Once the test line is as dark as, or darker than, the control line - you have a positive. Once you get a positive opk, ovulation will occur within 12-36 hours; and the egg - once released - will be viable for 12-24 hours.

Agreed with Pregmate! I couldn’t believe the days I was ovulating, way later than the app tells me but it’s all about knowing your body so the app can align. Getting pregnant, in my opinion, is luck and a little science 👍🏻👍🏻 good luck!
