3 in 1 or 4 in 1 car seat?

My son is four months old so I still have time before upgrading his car seat! I just want to know what other moms favorite 3 in 1 or 4 in 1 car seat is? One that is durable, easy to clean and can be used for a few years. Thanks!

I would suggest the Extend2Fit Version of the Graco4Ever 4-in-1 because it has a higher rear facing height and weight limit than the standard 4Ever 4-in 1, so you can keep your little one rear facing as long as possible.

Alternatively there is the Graco Extend2Fit 3-in-1 which also has the higher limit, just obviously it’s a 3-in-1 not 4-in-1. Or these other seats below - most of which are 3-in-1s or 4-in-1s (with a couple exceptions).

This one is just as good as the graco 4-in-1 without the large price tag! When we did our search, what we found was the main difference is the 4-in-1 could be newborn size (didn’t help us as we had the graco infant seat already) i love that it’s steel enforced. It’s very sturdy and has lasted us 5 years already

I have three of these and honestly I love them. I find them easy to install and easy to use. They’re a little heavy and bulky but still fit great in a 2016 Honda Civic and a 2019 Honda Odyssey both rear and forward facing.
