Does anxiety in pregnancy get any better?

What kind of anxiety? What is making you anxious? 
Either way, you do have to take steps to help yourself. Meditate, journal, yoga, replace obsessive thoughts with positive, talk to a therapist, etc.

I’m generally an anxious person and I felt like my worries I had at the beginning of my 2 pregnancies faded as they went on...but be prepared to feel even more anxious when baby is born. Looking back at my first, I should’ve sought help because the anxiety was debilitating at times, but I was convinced I’d get over it. I eventually did, but the first two years of my daughter’s life I was needlessly worried and on edge all the time, and feel like I honestly missed out on some of the joys of that time in my life. My second is now 4 weeks old and I’m not feeling as anxious this time, but I’m trying to monitor myself and will definitely go to talk to my doctor if I (or my DH) feel like it’s gets worse. I would say with the more pregnancies you have it gets better and mentally least stressful. At least that’s how I’ve found it.
