Just needing some opinions

I usually have a positive opk anywhere from cd8-12.. on cd6/7 I had horrid pains similar to O but much worse. I had just went through a chemical but I didn’t have any opks on hand. Is it possible I ovulated that early? Today I’m experiencing ‘pms-y’ cramping and my boobs are slightly sore🤷🏼‍♀️ Not sure if I could be like 6dpo or I’m waiting to ovulate.. ohh the joys of ttc
