So my nipples were erect ALL the time for the first month. And now all of a sudden they are back to normal, kinda flat and soft. And only ever erect when cold. My babies latch has gotten worse too because of it. It's starting to hurt again and my right is literally bright pink not the left though.

I'm not really sure what I should do now. I have shields but they dont help really.

She also pulls off alot because my let down is really strong which hurts alot.

Any advice?
