TTC and running
Hi All,
My husband and I started taking to conceive recently, I’m a bit concerned of my exercise routine. I work sitting at a desk all day so about 8 years ago I decided to always have a workout session at lunch time. Every day from Monday to Friday I spent 45 minutes either running, using the elliptical machine or lifting weights. The last two years I’ve been just running which I love. More like a jog. The fastest I go is 8mph. I’m only 157cm (5’1) and only 50kg.
I eat quite well but I’m worried that I might be ruining my chances of getting pregnant if I’m running 5 days per week even if is just 45 minutes.
I know doing weights are a no no so I’ve stopped but should I also stop running ?
