An I in the wrong
So my grandma died last year and had this annuity thing and it go split between her kids a grand kids. Well it had to stay in the annuity but I was going to get other money later. Which I thought wouldn’t be for another year or until everything was figured out. So I pulled half the money out bc my husband lost his job and we were broke. I took out enough to pay off my car and other bills for the next six months and that was it.
Well I get a phone call from my aunt who is pissed that I pulled it out. ( idk how she found out) she that I wasn’t supposed to take that money out like that and that grandma worked hard for that money and a bunch of other stuff.
I’m just confused bc this money is mine and I paid bills. Not just blow it.
So does she have the right to be mad?
Btw there was nothing saying that it had to be used for anything specific. just that I would have to pay taxes if I pull out money.
