Cyst during pregnancy

Found out at my 20 week sono that I have a 5 inch cyst on my ovary. My Doctor did a scan at 10 weeks and actually commented on my full bladder but my husband and I found it odd since I had just peed- looking back, we believe it was the cyst. I started showing very early and baby would bulge out on the one side, again, now knowing that was the cyst.. I always thought I had cysts but it has never been diagnosed.

I am now cautious of everything I do... doctor said no aerobic exercise which isn’t a problem but I’m literally scared to do anything. Pick up my toddler, go up and down stairs, sleep on one that side, sex 😩

Anyone else deal with cysts during their pregnancy? This big? Nervous about being able to do a natural birth. Didn’t ask many questions during my apt because it was so fresh but now I’m thinking of so many things!
