Cramping had ultrasound 6 weeks 4days
Had cramping, small spotting last night, felt absolutely fricken awful am, went to work as being pregnant didn’t want to call in sick. They sent me to ED, well had ultrasound to rule out ectopic. Baby in right place 👍 there was feta pole and yolk sack, but no heart beat. Is this normal? I’m now to rest and come back next week for another scan to make sure baby has heartbeat, if not, it’ll be miscarriage 😢 I feel sooo sad.. please help x
