LH fluctations
Hi everyone !
This is my first time starting to track through ovulation tests.
Is it normal for the LH to fluctuate so much ? It went up to 0.5 then dropped again.
Is it supposed to be a gradual increase or does it fluctuate then suddenly spike? My fertile window starts tomorrow with an estimated ovulation day on the 14th.
