So I’m 19, have been on birth control since I was 13 due to heavy periods and excruciating pain (found out it was endo a couple years ago) and switched from depo shot to nuvaring in October. My boyfriend and I have sex pretty frequently and he does nut inside of me, but I use the nuvaring perfectly and also don’t skip a week after 3 weeks. At the beginning of January, I bled heavily with clots with horrible pain for 23 days, my tits grew like a cup size and were sore and I was hormonal af... is it possible that it was a miscarriage? I’ve had breakthrough bleeding while on BC before, but have only ever dealt with light, usually brown spotting but this was fresh blood and a LOT of it!!
