I got my Nexplanon put in November 2018 and had irregular periods until May 2019, but since then, I haven’t had any bleeding/periods at all... Now, suddenly, I’m spotting after many months without doing so. Is this normal? Is this bad?

I haven’t had sex or done anything of the sort in many months (and I have been checked), so I’m ruling out STI’s or any cuts/trauma.

Please help!!!
