I just got my nexplanon implant removed yesterday, me and my bf had sex this whole week unprotected because we are ttc and I read that women become extremely fertile after removal. I downloaded an ovulating app and today I'm supposed to be ovulating and I believe I am. Tmi but because I am having discharge and mild cramps. Could I conceive right now? Or has anyone gotten pregnant right after removal?
