How to kinda empty my stomach?
Idk if the title makes sense but like an hour ago I had a bunch of crap foods like candy and soda ( I usually don’t drink soda but someone gave me a free cup so I was like shit why not ) and I have a party I’m going to in two hours. I just know the food there is going to be SO good but I’m not sure if I’m going to be hungry enough to eat a lot? Will 2 hours be enough time to regain my hungriness if I just don’t eat anything within the next 2 hours? I’m asking because I feel full and my stomach hurts, either that or I’m sore in my core from yesterday ( I felt pain earlier before I ate so that’s why it’s hard for me to distinguish what it is ). I can’t tell.
