The issue I had with my Stila liquid eyeliner was that the felt tip would develop fuzzies and then I wouldn’t be able to get a sharper line a month in and it’d be frustrating. This one hasn’t been doing that and I’ve been able to apply with ease. The issue some people said they had was that its runny or doesn’t stay but that’s most liquid eyeliners without a good primer or set in my opinion 🤷🏻‍♀️. I also have oily skin and I play volleyball with my eyeliner on so the primer is very necessary.
