Can a baby eat too much table food at 10 months?
My baby is just shy of 10 months and we have been doing baby led weaning since 6 months old (he has always fed himself, we never spoon fed him).
He is at the point now where he just eats whatever table food we're eating (along with breast feeding as his primary source).
However, he seems like a bottomless pit. I swear this kid can just keep eating and eating and eating. He does eventually stop wanting to eat/ appear full, but he eats a ton before that happens.
Do I keep giving him food til he stops eating and appears full or do I stop at a certain amount? Can a baby at this age eat too much table food or do they instinctively stop eating when they are full?
