If the app says you are 19w3d but the ultrasound tech said you are measuring a week ahead would you still say you are 19w3d or 20w3d? They left my due date the same.

If they didn’t change your due date then you’d go by the original

When I had my ultrasound baby was measuring a week and a day ahead and when I went to my appointment my doctor told me she was changing my due date because baby was measuring a week and a day ahead

That far along you wouldn’t change. You may just had a bigger baby. Stick with the first ultrasound measurements.
