Is anyone else’s newborn always crying?

My baby is constantly crying. She’s 1 month now. Unless she’s sleeping or eating she’s always crying. It seems like she’s constantly sleeping too though, but also fights her sleep to no tomorrow.

Her doc said she could have acid reflux so we’re gonna try some medicine, but 24/7? I’m pretty much giving her gripe water every night.

I’m at a loss, feel like I’m doing something wrong or my baby is just constantly unhappy.

He said she could also have colic, which explains it, but all the time?
