My husband finally got his sperm analysis a couple weeks ago. We are seeing a fertility specialist this week as I have taken 6 rounds and some I ovulated and some not. We knew we would need the semen analysis before we went and the results were not the greatest.

Anyone have any ideas on how to up his count and motility? And are these numbers pretty bad? I know what they want them at but what have others dealt with? He is taking vitamin C and coenzyme q 10 and we started a diet. Hoping to get our fertility doctors thoughts this Friday.
