Conception vitamins ?

Had anyone had any success stories with Eu Natural conception vitamins? Just received them in the mail but won’t start taking them til after my dr appt Tuesday.

Vitamins don’t help with conception at all, only help support a pregnancy if there was one.

Following. I had ordered some myself but sent them back because one of the reviews on Amazon said an ingredient in it was known to cause miscarriage. No clue if it's true, but scared me enough to send it back.
