Am I just overthinking this

FTM, I’m 30 weeks 1 day. The past couple of days, I’ve had periods where I realize that I haven’t felt baby move in a while. I drink ice water and lay on my left side and usually after about a half hour, she starts moving around. This morning she was her normal level of active, but I’ve felt very little this afternoon/evening. I’ve also not been feeling well the past few days. Am I overthinking things or should I go get checked out? I have a growth scan already scheduled for first thing Monday morning.
