Flabby underarms

I exercise 6 days a week, strength and cardio. I'm fit, I've never been overweight. I eat well. I'm generally very happy with my body EXCEPT my stupid flabby under arms! I focus on my triceps a lot, (tricep pushups, weight work and such) there is solid muscle under there, but the skin just hangs off. I hate it so much!

Any tips? I hate resorting to creams or whatnot, I generally believe that diet and exercise is the way to get the body you want (generally, obviously there are cases where surgery etc. is necessary and very empowering) but I'm at my wit's end! Do you ladies have any tips, products etc. to help.
