Has anybody had low red blood cell count?

I got my labs back and waiting to talk to a dr. This means I'm probably anemic, right?

I got labs back recently too and my RBC, hemoglobin, and something else was lower than the normal range. I asked about supplements and my doctor said the deviation was normal during pregnancy, and not to worry about supplements at this point. I would imagine it depends on how far out of range your numbers are.

You are low on iron. They’ll give you iron supplements.

I thought so too but they just gave me iron fortified prenatals it helped with some pain I was getting too

I’ve been taking iron pills with prenatals with iron since 11 weeks. 
I got my blood drawn for GD test and my iron was still low so they upped my dosage to 3 pills a day instead of 1.
