Allergic to birth control?

After trying multiple types of birth control, my doctor and I basically decided I can not have any type with hormones in it. I don’t know why, my body reacts extremely horribly to the birth control with hormones. I tried iud but that fell out so I’m sceptical to get another one. I’m currently pregnant but planning on not having another for a long time, maybe never. I’m too young (20) to get my tubes tied and my partner is too young for a vasectomy. So what would my options be now? Obviously condoms are an option but they’re expensive when you’re using one a day and have to get special sized ones. So preferably I need birth control. I just feel like I have no options because the iud was the only hormone free option the doctor gave me and it failed me. I couldn’t be allergic to the hormones right? What else is in them that could trigger allergic reactions??
