I have the marina IUD. I also took a test today and it was negative. I’m 1 week past my period date and I’m usually scarily regular.

I’m currently 17 days late so I feel your worries😭😅
The mirena iud can cause your periods to ‘disappear’ due to a lack of mucous tissue, so my best guess is that. If you’re that worried then I’d suggest making an appointment with your gp or Ob/gyn.
