Advice for relationship

I got back with my ex three months ago after a breakup. I kind of regret it now because I never got the chance to meet other people during the break.. I still do care about my bf a lot but idk I’m still curious in meeting new people. I’ve been with my current bf for about 3 years. I don’t want to hurt him again but idk what I should do.
