nexaplon birth controll

so basically me and this person had sex without a condomand I know the risk of getting pregnant. but I’ve been on the nexaplon birth control (the one in your arm ) for 7 months so far , he didn’t nut in me but he precums ALOT , we did it 4 days before my period came , my periods usually last for 20 days , but this time when my period came 4 days after and it only was around for at the most 6-7 days , yes women may have spotting on when their pregnant. but mines was HEAVY . then after my period ended my ovulation started , I haven’t had any symptoms of pregnancy, no weird discharge, no sore boobs, none of that but im still concerned, and I haven’t serious aniexty . if anyone can state their opinion for me that would be greatly appreciated (yes I will be takin a pregnancy test when I get the chance )
