Do I have any chance of conceiving without treatment

Recently had stage2 endometriosis removed aswell as dye test in tubes wich was clear. Iv been trying for 3 years I had high hopes after being cleaned out yet 11dpo and still negative do I have any hope naturally ?

Answer

Implantation can occur as late as 12dpo. If you haven’t implanted, you can’t have a positive test yet 😃 Give it a few more days and test again. Despite seeing women on here getting positives at 7-10 dpo, the most common date for a true positive is 13 dpo.
