With work during the week and other young kids, how often do you bathe your 4 month old?

Before solids about once or twice a week, sponge bath when needed. Started adding bath time to the bedtime routine around 12m when he was actually needing it everyday.

My kids bath 1-2 times a day but they sweat a lot since birth. And way I figure it if he is sweating that much his skin probably feels dirty as I know mine would. Me personally I always try to look at it as if it was my self. If I feel dirty my baby probably does too.
