How do I cut chicken breast for 6 month old?

6 months is a little young for meat. He just started eating solids. I would wait until there are enough teeth to chew it and a more mature digestive system to handle it. Meat protein is difficult for babies to digest

I cut mine into pieces like this.  My guy really liked to suck on them.

I find meat cooked in liquids to be best! So we made a chicken noodle soup and just added the stock cubes at the end after taking out baby's portion.

Strips are the best way to cut any food for BLW.

The chicken was a success! I offered both strips and shredded. She really enjoy just chewing/sucking on the strip.

Instant pot chicken and I cut it against the grain instead of shredding at 6 months because I found it was easier for my little one to hold.
