Longest stretch of sleep?

What is the longest stretch of sleep everyone’s babies are getting (night or day)? My LO just slept from 5:30am to 10:30am and I feel like I should have let her keep going because she’s 7 weeks old and gaining weight appropriately but she was grunting/moaning a lot so I scooped her up. Do your babies also grunt/moan in their sleep? Sometimes she even seems like she’s crying but her eyes remain closed, and then she’ll just stop and look sound asleep. How do I know when to pick her up?

My daughter’s longest stretch was 6 hours, but that was when I was giving her formula. Now that I’m exclusively breastfeeding again, she sleeps right at 3 hours at a time.

The longest my LO has gone was from 7:30pm to 6:30am.  The crying with eyes closed/moaning and grunting are normal (look up twilight sleep).   I will usually give her 2-3min of crying before I get her.  She’s also getting into this new phase where she wakes up in middle of the night but is happy and just talking away to herself.  When this happens I’ll leave her be and it’s about 50/50 of her going back to sleep on her own or starting to cry at which point I’ll go and feed her

My son slept 6 hours one time. He typically sleeps about 3-5 hours before he wants fed again. We have been having a lot of trouble with him staying in the bassinet lately though. When he was a newborn, he slept there every night. Now he gets like a half hour or hour in and then starts crying. Half the time he ends up in the swing to sleep or with my husband in the recliner. He sleeps when he is in either of those places, but man the sleep regression is real for us right now. He is 10 weeks.

Longest stretch we got was 8 hours. That was a once and done thing though. Our most common (longest stretch) is 5 hours. She definitely grunts and moans but I try to let her go a bit. If she continues and starts to cry I’ll pick her up but sometimes she gets herself back to sleep so I try to give her some time to work on her self soothing especially since she isn’t crying at that point.

My daughter has slept a full night for 3 days running 🤞 from 8/9 until 6/7.
I don't pick her up unless she's crying, little noises and snuffles are common 👍 
Shes almost 8 weeks and bottled fed. Sleeps in her bassinet next to our bed.

Mine LO is almost 13 weeks and her longest stretch is 6 hours but its usually 4.5. I'm happy with it because she goes back to sleep for another 2-3.5 hours
