anyone been pregnant and took boric acid?

i know i’m not supposed to but i went to the er and they tested positive for bacteria and i went to the dr monday and still nothing. i KNOW i have BV or something else going on. this smell is horrible and embarrassing. i really don’t know what to do. please help.
