What supplements are you taking?
Hi ladies! I work out 4-5 days a week (primarily weightlifting) and I take daily thrive level supplements + fat burner. Recently found out about my pregnancy and wanted to know if anyone is taking alternate supplements that are safe during your pregnancy.
Any advice or suggestions would be appreciated.
Ps. I will be seeing my OB Gyn in a few weeks and will obtain some recommendations/feedback regarding the supplements as well.
