Lump in boob

So I have a lump in my right breast, it's just near the nipple. I've had it for about 6 months anyway last night I was feeling it and it feels bigger. And really hard. It doesn't move with my skin when I rub it. No pain. I would go to my gp but I'm embarrassed to go top less and dont want any blood tests done if any needed.
