I took a break from my baby tracker app for mental health
I was kind of going into overload over tracking baby stuff, between logging his nursing sessions, diapers, sleep and my pumping output, plus always asking my husband what happened on his watch so I could log it all. I had a bit of a nervous breakdown and I had to think of things to cut down on my stress. I decided to take a break from logging and I don’t think I’m gonna start again unless he gets a cold or something. At this point if anything gets me a bit of a break I need to do it.
