I am experiencing sharp pains in my right breast, it feels like a stabbing pain through to my nipple. I haven’t had my LH spike yet but on cycle day 21. Been TTC for 6 months now, came a week early last month which is unusual as I usually have a 33 day cycle. My doctor said I should ovulate on 14th of February which is day 26 of my cycle as I have hypothyroidism my ovulation is slightly later. I have been tracking for a couple of months consistently. Just wondering what these pains could be linked to.
