Period after Weaning from breastfeeding - how long did it take?

Hey all! I am weaning my 1 yr old daughter from breastfeeding so I can get my period back and we can TTC for #3. I did this with my first and I only stopped breastfeeding for 2 days when my period came back (I was 1.5yrs postpartum though).  This time- it’s now been almost a week and still nothing!
How long did it take for you?!

I'm exclusively breastfeeding my 5 month old and my period came back at 9 weeks postpartum 😔

I ebf and got my period around 6 months. I’d say as soon as you begin weaning

I EP'd for a year and didn't get a period until I was weaning down. I took those conceptions vitamins I always see ads for and I got a period, now off those and stopped pumping and I'm on my second regular cycle. Also hoping to get pregnant with number three. Good luck!

I was really hoping my period wouldn’t come back until I weaned but nope.. it came at 7weeks pp.. I’m sure yours will start soon and you guys can TTc again ❤️🙌🏽

I EBF for 13 months, and period came back at 15 months (2 months after weaned)

I exclusively pumped for two months then did breastmilk and formula mix and got my period back at 4 months postpartum
